The buyer's guide to verified brokers

Anyone with a phone can call themselves a "real estate broker" in Egypt. The difference between a verified broker and a random middleman shows in four signals.

First: an actual license. A licensed broker can produce documentation from a recognised body. Ask directly, and if they fumble, pay attention.

Second: commission transparency. A serious broker tells you their cut from the developer and does not also charge you a fee on top. If someone asks for a commission above the developer's price, that is a warning sign.

Third: continuity. A good broker is present before and after the sale. A random middleman vanishes the day you sign the contract.

Fourth: real market knowledge. Ask about competing projects. A good broker knows the whole market, not just the project paying them.

On Murjul, every broker on the platform is approved by hand before they get their first lead. Look for the "Verified" badge on their profile.
