Yes. Browsing, comparing, and contacting brokers on Murjul costs nothing. We make money on the broker side, not from buyers.
How do you verify brokers?›
Every broker submits a license number and a national ID. Our admin team reviews the documents manually before approval. No anonymous accounts.
Where do project prices come from?›
We track prices directly from developer pricelists and sales-office quotes, refreshed continuously. Prices on Murjul are indicative; the broker confirms the exact figure for your specific unit.
Can I see units that aren't on the official developer site?›
Sometimes, yes. Our broker network occasionally has access to inventory that isn't publicly listed. When that happens, the broker discusses it with you directly.
Do you cover areas outside Greater Cairo?›
Yes. Sahel, Ain Sokhna, Galala, North Coast, Alexandria, and more. If a project is officially marketed in Egypt, we work to add it.
