Murjul is an Egyptian real estate platform that combines live developer data on every major compound in the country with original Arabic descriptions for every project and a hand-vetted network of licensed brokers. We launched to fix what the existing market gets wrong: stale prices, anonymous lead farms, and listings copied without context.

Today, Murjul tracks nearly 2,000 projects across New Cairo, the North Coast, Sheikh Zayed, the New Capital, Ain Sokhna, Galala, and more. Every project page is written in fluent, locally-toned Arabic, and every broker on the platform is approved manually by our team before they can take a single lead.
